Bio: Diane is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Ontario Tech University where she teaches courses in mathematics pedagogy and the integration of technology in education. She is currently researching how preservice teachers learn to code and their developing understandings of the affordances of coding for learning mathematics. Previously, she taught mathematics and programming in grades 9-12 and mentored mathematics teachers from Kindergarten to grade 10.
