The Sensor network localization problem can be reduced to a EDM completion problem with 1 missing node. Especially, the pairwise distance between sensors can be used to do facial reduction. After facial reduction, the original problem is slightly relaxed with much smaller size and can be used to detect outliers. The facially reduced problem can be solved efficiently using rank majorization approach.
