Bio
Richard Noss is Emeritus Professor of Mathematics Education at UCL Institute of Education, University College London, U.K. He holds a Master’s degree in pure mathematics, a PhD in mathematical education and has taught mathematics at all levels of the education system. Richard has co- directed many research projects (e.g., Playground, Weblabs). He was the founding director of the London Knowledge Lab, an interdisciplinary research facility of UCL exploring the future of learning with digital technologies. He was the assistant director of the EU Kaleidoscope network of excellence for TEL research across Europe and was the national director of the Technology-Enhanced Education Learning programme funded by the UK research agencies.
