Consider a free and minimal action by a discrete amenable group on a compact metrizable space. I will talk about a uniform version of Rokhlin property and a relative Cuntz comparison property, and then talk about their applications to the structure of the corresponding crossed product C*-algebra, particularly on the Z-stability, comparison radius, Toms-Winter conjecture, and stable rank.
