Uniqueness of Ricci flows through singularities

Abstract:
I will outline the proof that the evolution of rotationally symmetric Ricci flows through singularities is unique. The proof is a special case of a more general result on the uniqueness of Ricci flows through singularities, which I have recently obtained in collaboration with Bruce Kleiner.
