Discrete Laplacians on Euclidean triangulations have a long story. In this talk I will review some aspects of it and introduce a discrete Laplacian on complexes of spherical triangles. In the case when the complex is a triangulation of the sphere (not only topologically but also geometrically, with vanishing vertex curvatures), I will prove a spectral property similar to that of the smooth spherical Laplacian.
