Abstract:
I will review my results on the global evolution problem for massive matter evolving under its own gravitational field. The study of the global nonlinear propagation phenomena taking place in matter spacetimes requires a combination of ideas from mathematical physics, differential geometry, nonlinear hyperbolic PDEs theory, nonlinear elliptic PDEs theory, and numerical analysis.
